  Call for CV'sHTSPE seeks experienced independent consultants to work on projects under the European Commission’s Lot 1: Rural Development & Food Security and Lot 9: Education, Employment & Social. We are particularly looking for experts who specialise in the following areas: • Policy and service delivery in Education & Social sectors, Labour Market & Employment • Public Administration Reform & Institutional Development (incl. I.T. systems) • Poverty Monitoring, Analysis and Reduction • Use of information and the knowledge economy • Rural Development and Agriculture (incl. Animal Registration & Tracking; Equipment Definition; Crop Protection & Disease Control; Produce Conservation, Storage, Processing & Packaging; and Agricultural Production & Marketing Groups) • Food Security • Trade (incl. WTO)Excellent English is essential, and a good knowledge of French, Spanish, Russian or Arabic is highly desirable. Consultants should have experience of management, implementation and monitoring/evaluation of donor-funded projects.
