European Commission Framework Contracts (FWC Beneficiaries)

This is a simple and rapid access system to get world class experts solving clients' problems with minimum contracting bureaucracy. For more official information on the EC system, click here.

Briefly, an institution agrees a project for the FWC system with the EC Delegation, and Requests for Service are sent to three contractors. The Request consists of a Terms of Reference, and a simple form detailing the number of man-days, the category (seniority) of expert and the available budget. Contractors respond within 2 weeks with CVs, and Financial Proposal and, if required, a brief Methodology.
