  Education (formal and non-formal)In Romania, we had two parallel projects constituting a major part of the Technology Transfer and Quality Management Initiative funded by Phare and administered by the Project Management Unit of the National Agency for Science, Technology & Innovation (ANSTI). Project 1 was an Introduction of Quality Management into the curricula of Romanian Secondary Schools & Technical Colleges - An 11 month project to create the necessary policies, curricula and infrastructure to include quality management within the Romanian educational system. Project 2 was Technology and Quality Management Partnership Projects - a nation-wide series of facilitated grant aided projects designed to transfer knowledge and practise of EU quality management and manufacturing technologies to Romanian Research Institutes and manufacturers.In South Africa, the SCOPE programme helped to increase capacity and enhance quality of educators in the education system, in the transformation process towards a peaceful, prosperous and democratic society. In Kosovo, working with the Finnish Support to the Development of Education Sector in Kosovo, (FSDEK) one of our members helped to contribute to the development of quality education for all in the mainstream system in Kosovo. |
